Our Taekwondo Classes

Term One Fit-For-It Taekwondo Academy Training Schedule

Students can train at one or both locations up to 4 days a week.

Term One: Monday, 29 January 2024 to Thursday, 11 April 2024

(No Classes During School Holidays – Schedule subject to change)

Important Notes:

It is recommended that students attend training at least twice per week.




Tiny Tees Class

          Tiny Tees class is for children 4 years to 7 years of age. It is a 30 minute designed in smaller blocks to keep the students attention. A child’s maturity and ability to focus in class can determine if they are ready to start classes. Beginner 6 year olds may initially start in the Tinys Class and progress into the Juniors if progressing well.

Junior Classes

            This class is for Students 7 years old and up or for Grade 1 to Grade 6. Initially some of the 7 year olds or Grade 1 students might prefer to start in the Tiny Tees Class until they feel more confident. Junior Blue Belts can train in this class or the first hour of the Seniors Class. It is recommended that Junior Red Belts train in the first hour of the Senior Class. Parents who train with their children may attend this class though it is recommended that they train in the Senior Class.

Teen Class

            This class is for High School students and adults all grade levels with the option for Junior Blue and Red Belts to attend. Senior students all levels can stay on for an additional 30 minutes till 7:00pm.

Senior Class

            This class is for Senior Coloured Belts. All Senior Coloured Belts should start at 6:30pm and then stay back an extra 30 minutes after the White Belts and Junior Coloured Belts finish for more advanced training. This class is for Senior Class Students all grade levels and Junior Class Red and Blue Belt Students can stay on for an additional 30 minutes following the Junior/Senior Class for more advanced training.

Twilight Tigers

This class is a gentle Taekwondo Exercise Class using Taekwondo techniques in a less intense method to promote Strength, Balance and Conditioning for the older person. (50 plus)
